Dear Brothers & Sisters,
Since the beginning of 2008, I had a desire to go to South Africa for some
time to help my brother Owen in ministry. Confirmation about going to South
Africa came when Pastor Owen called and invited me to come and minister at
their Annual Easter Fire Conference starting Thursday, March 20, 2008.
He said the church is currently in a season of prayer and fasting for their
Breakthrough Drive Outreach starting
March 30. They are trusting God to break the powers of Crime, Violence, Drugs,
Prostitution, Homelessness and Poverty over the City, and for a mighty harvest
of souls for the kingdom of God! I am looking forward to join them
in March to be a part of what God is going to do.
While I'm in South Africa I would like to go to the villages and meet with
the local pastors and see how we can help
and assist in any area of need. I would like to go and see the little AIDS
baby we prayed for during a Crusade in
Hankie a village in the Eastern Cape! Also visit Door of Hope, known as "Hole
in The Wall" a shelter for deserted
and abused babies. I want to see how we can help them financially to keep
their doors open for unwanted babies.
Then there is Pastor Freda, a dear saint of God who pastors a small church
in Hammanskraal. She called us several
times asking for help to put a roof on their unfinished church building. They
need a roof before the cold, wet winter months. I believe God will provide
in this great need.
Dear friends, it is because of your prayers and support that we are able
to continue with this global outreach ministry
. We will conduct several revivals around Johannesburg and Cape Town and once
again prepare food for all the people and distribute bread and groceries to
the poor and needy.
You might not be able to go to South Africa at this time but I will go in
your place. I am asking you to prayerfully consider helping me make this mission's
trip possible. Any gift of any amount will be a tremendous blessing and help.
